Drink enough water
Some health professionals suggest you drink eight 8ounces of water in a day. However, there is no correct amount of water you need to drink. The amount of water you need depends on your body. Experts suggest you follow these three rules:

Add protein

Eat your greens
Whether you love vegetables or you would rather avoid them, eating your daily amount of greens is an essential part of your diet. Consume more oily fish
